Lily Maddock’s South Hampton Home

On this snowy Friday in NYC all we can think about is when is winter going to be over and when can we start wearing our summer clothes again. Both Suzanne and I hate winter clothes and end up for the most part wearing some combination of black, grey, and navy every day–pretty boring. Our spirits have been lifted by this charming Palm Beach-inspired house in South Hampton, shot by Vogue. This house is swathed in colorful grasscloth walls–a great way to bring warmth and add character to walls. We’re dying to know where this pair of sofas are from. We are guessing they are custom, but we love how they are chunky in the best possible way, but still modern and sleek and oh so chic! Also, how killer is this coffee table?
l4A beautifully accessorized coffee table…l1The kitchen is very Beverly Hills Hotel with its green and white stripe wallpaper and floral windows treatments. So happy and fun!l5Now this chandelier is the piece de resistance for us. Where is it from!?!?!?l3Another room covered in grasscloth, this time a sublime lime. The hallway wallpaper is by Cole & Son. We wonder how the husband feels about his ultra feminine home? Looks like Lily rules the roost when it comes to decorating. l2
To all you New Yorkers out there who are gearing up for the Blizzard, we hope these images put a smile on your face, they sure did for us! Have a great weekend and stay warm!
